LITHUANIAN DAYS – OCTOBER 1-2, 2022

Welcome back to Lithuanian School! We started the year very enthusiastically and happily. Thank you to parents who dutifully showed up for last week’s Parent Meeting. A special welcome to our new families and Kiškiai. It’s going to be a good year. Registration closes October 8. All fees are due at that time.

This school year’s first student performance will take place during Lithuanian Days , on  Sunday, October 2nd at 12 p.m. right after the the outdoor 11 a.m. Mass, to which all are also welcome .

Please meet at the outdoor stage at 12 o’clock sharp. All students, including Kiškiai, are to dress neatly in Lithuanian native costumes (if available).Otherwise, skirts and white blouses for girls, and light-colored slacks and white shirts for boys. We will have sashes available. Tee shirts and jeans are not appropriate for the performance. Let’s show pride and respect for our school.

Classes resume on October 8. Everyone is invited to a special Mass on Sunday, October 9th at 11 a.m. when Archbishop Gintaras Grušas of Vilnius, a graduate of our school, will confer the sacrament of Confirmation on twenty of our teenagers. Come to greet him and to pray for our young people.
