BLUSŲ TURGUS /FLEA MARKET  will take place tomorrow during recess times. This is an annual charitable event where students donate their toys and buy items from each other. All the collected money is given to charity. In the past we have supported Mamų Unija(for children with cancer), Misija Sibiras ( youth visiting abandoned gravesites of exiles in Siberia) and Vilties Angelas Children’s Center .

We are also collecting women’s accessories and other decorative items. Please place all donated items on the prepared tables before the flag-raising ceremony. Children should bring money to spend. Prices up to 5 dol. Thanks to Brigita Slekys for organizing this special event.

FINGERPRINTING  – all persons using the parish facilities are required to be fingerprinted. The L.A. Archdiocese will be conducting an audit in our parish to ensure that all parents have complied. Since parents are doing yard duty, participating in various events and programs, volunteering in class, or just hanging out during lunch time, EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO BE FINGERPRINTED. You may sign up at the teachers’ table. Fingerprinting is free and will take place on Saturday Dec. 1st in the upper hall. Please bring valid identification. This is a one-time process. You’re all set if you’ve done this in the past.

WISHING EVERYONE A HAPPY AND BLESSED THANKSGIVING. WE ARE GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR KEEPING OUR STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES SAFE. WE ARE GRATEFUL TO YOU, DEAR PARENTS, WHO SEE THE VALUE IN GIFTING YOUR CHILDREN WITH A SECOND LANGUAGE AND THE BEAUTIFUL LITHUANIAN CULTURE.THANKS TO OUR TEACHERS AND ALL SCHOOL PERSONNEL FOR THEIR DEDICATION AND CARE. We return to school on Dec. 1st.
